I am not currently on Facebook.
I was talking with an old friend, someone I hadn't heard from in a long time. He said he looked for me on Facebook. He said he saw several people with my name there, but he didn't know which one was me. The answer is none of them. I am not on Facebook.
I could give you the long version of the story -- and it is tempting to do so -- but there are more important things to get to. The short version is that I tried it and now I am not there. And no, none of the others with my name were me either: I made up a name when I tried it, not knowing what it was.
This could all change at some point. I could change my mind and try it again sometime, if it still exists by then.
I do understand if you are on Facebook now and use it to keep in touch with family and friends. In fact, if you like something on www.fromoutoftheblue.com and want to like something here or mention it on your Facebook "page" or whatever it's called now, let me know and I'll link to it if it is viewable without logging in to Facebook.
